for heavy items |
First of all, the item must be within the limit
weight for postal services. It is usually 30 kgs or 20 kgs depending
on your country.
Please ask about the maximum shipping weight before you order.
The surcharge up to 10 kgs (net weight for the item) is free.
More than 10 kgs, we will have to charge you 500 yen per 1kg.
For example, you purchase 20 kgs items, the surcharge for heavy
weight item is 500 x 10 = 5000 yen.

the limit size for postal service. Please ask about the size limit
before you order.

We will not charge you surcharge if the longest side is less than
60 cm OR the sum of the longest side and the circumference is
within 120 cm. |

for extra packing materials |
Some items like antiques or breakable items,
we would need more packing materials for secure shipping.
We would have to charge you those packing materials and fee for
extra working.
