How to order our Shopping Service

Member's Menu on the left
We are providing Shopping Service for you to purchase from online stores on your behalf.
This is NOT from Yahoo! Auctions nor from Real Shops.

1. Send your inquiries or questions
From Message Board (Quote/Questions) under the on the member's menu, you will go into the Message Board.
The message board is a kind of BBS but only you and Crescent Shop can talk with each other.
We do not use email for correspondence with you to prevent from a virus, lost email or undelivered emal each other.
 
  Please discribe the items you want on the Message field. Detailed informations help us to send you quick response.
You can copy and paste the item URL from the original website. It will be hyperlinked automatically.
You also can upload and attach up to 3 pictures from your PC on one message.

The important informations you have to write are:
1) Website address of the Online Store
2) What quantity you need.
3) What color or size you want if the choice is available.

You can send an inquiry for quotation for multiple online stores.
Unlike Auction Deputy fees, our shopping service fee is based on the total amount of your purchase.
(Auction Deputy Fee is on each single auction)
So, if you are planning to order several items from several stores, send us an inquiry at the same time
so you can save on service fee and international shipping.
   
2. Receiving Quotation from Crescent Shop
  After we received your inquiry and we finished making a quotation for your purchase,
you will receive an email subjected " You got a message from Crescent Shop ! " to notify you about the quotation.
In the meantime, the member's site shows you about the quotation in the Shopping List page.
 
  By clicking button, you will go to the next page for the quotation detail then you can decide whether you order or not.
The Quotation is NOT including international shipping charge. To charge you actual international shipping like EMS,
we will notify you when your package is ready to ship. So you will need to pay for items and international shipping separately.

The amount we quote is in Japanese Yen. The quote amount in Japanese Yen will not be changed.
You need to pay for it in US Dallars. The amount in US Dallar you will pay is depending on the "Today's Exchange Rate"
which is shown on the website. The system calcurate US Dallar Amount automatically.
The amount in US Dallar could change day by day.
 
   
3. Decide whether you purchase or not
  There are 3 buttons you can choose from:

1) is for questioning about the quote or when you add or erase someting from the quotation.
The button lead you a Message Board to contact to Crescent Shop.

2) is for accepting the quote. It leads you a payment page.
For Shopping Service, you need to send full payment in advance before we order the items from store.
Once you ordered, you cannot cancel or add to the same shopping.
If you want to add something after you paid for the entire amount, we have to handle the inquiry for "New Quote"

3) is for cancelling the shopping quote. The quote is valid in 30 days. So, you can take your time whether you order or not.
Once you cancel the quotation, you need to ask us a quote once again from the begining when you change your mind later.
The quotation will be automatically deleted after 30 days.

   
4. Ordering the items through Crescent Shop
  When you choose on the Shopping Quote page, you will go to the next screen to ask you something.
 
  If you choose the items you ordered will be held in the Pending Shipment screen,
so you can order more items later and can combine international shipping with them.

If you choose the items you ordered will be strated to pack by Crescent Shop immediately after we received your items from the store. The items will be held on Order Shipment Status screen.
   
5. Waiting for your package to be ready to ship
  When you put the items in theOrder Shipment Status, we start packing immediately after we receive the items from the store.
Order Shipment Status screen shows the status of your shopping.
After we determind the actual shipping charge, the status shows the amount on the screen.
 
6. Payment for Shipping
  After you pay for the shipping charge, the status will be like this.
We are going to the post office to send the package after your payment is confirmed.
 
7. Shipment
  After we sent out your package, the status changes like this.
You can see the status "Package Shipped !" and the Tracking No. That's it !
 
  You don't have to log in to the member's site to see what happened. Each occasion, automated email notify you about the status.
