How to order our Auction Deputy Service

We are providing Auction Deputy Service for you to bid and purcharse items from Yahoo! Japan Auction on your behalf.

1. Deposit Required before you order an auction
On the front page, you will see the button which is red circled in the "Your Orders with Crescent Shop"
 
  Press the "Add Deposit" button to increase the deposit for bidding auctions.
You don't have to send deposits for each auction.
  What is Deposit Multipliers ?
  Deposit Multipliers is a number shown on the Member's Menu on the left.
To determine your bidding limit, multiply your Deposit Multiplier by 100 and multiply that by the amount of the deposit .
Bidding Limit (Japanese Yen) = Deposit Multiplier x 100 x Deposit Amount
For example, if your Deposit Multiplier is 5, then you for a $50 deposit, your bidding limit would be 25000 yen.
Your Deposit Multipiplier will be lowered at Crescent Shop's discretion.
(i.e. a very high priced single item may require a larger deposit. Late payments may also require larger deposits for future purchases)
  The standard Deposit Multipliers is 5. Here's the Bidding Limit by the amount of deposit when your Deposit Multiplier is 5

2. Search auctions from Yahoo! Auction Japan
  On the Auction Search/Order page, you can find Yahoo Auctions from our website.
There are 3 methods you can search for auctions.
 
  Type 1 is for searching by Yahoo Auction categories.
Type 2 is for searching by keywords, the keywords must be in the title of auction.
Type 3 is for searching by URL if you already browsed original Yahoo Auction page and can copy and paste it.

This search page is not completed yet, we will improve this page so you can find any auctions on Yahoo! Auction Japan.
   
3. Browsing auction pages
 

After you used one of the methods above, you will browse a list for auctions.

 
  By clicking a picture or a blue title of an auction, you can browse the auction. Here's the pictiure of the auction.
 
  On the top of the each page, there are 3 buttons.

button is for questioning about the auction. Try to use "Translate this Auction in English" in a red circle.
If you are still unsure the description of the auction, please press the and you can write Crescent Shop to question about the auction.
The next screen shows text field and can send message to Crescent Shop. All of message from here will refrect on Auction Q&A.
By clicking Auction Q&A on the member's menu on the left, you can send general questions about Crescent Shop Auction Deputy Service.

We will try to find out the answers for your questions by translating the auction description page or sending question to the seller.
Please just understand that answering your questions could take time for example the seller don't answer rapidly.
We just cannot guarantee if we can answer you in time before the auction end.
For saving time for each other, we don't reply if we cannot find the answer in time.


button is for putting an auction on the Auction List for just watching the auction. The auction has not ordered yet.
This function is for your convenience that you have not decided to bid on it yet or just curious to see the result of the auction.


button is for ordering the auction with the bid amount you desire. The next screen shows like this.
 
  Item Name is for just reminding you what it is after the auction put on the Auction List.
So, you can name it whatever you like for example, SD Shoes, Item #1, My Favorite Shoes or so on.

Bid Amount is for the amount you want to bid on the auction. The amount idoesn't have to be maximum amount. You can raise it later if you want.

Comment is for letting us know special things like the color, size or something if you have to choose.
Please DO NOT send your QUESTION in the comment field. We will not read this comment before the auction ends.
Once you send the order for the auction, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL this auction unless you are outbid.



After you order the auction, the information is on the Auction List.
You can check the status of the auction and raise amount of the auction from there.
   
4. On the Auction List
  You can organize auctions from the Auction List to check the status, raise, pay for winning auctions !
 
   
5. Payment
  You have to pay for auctions within 7 days after we paid to the seller.
If you don't pay within 7days, the system blocks to take new orders from you.

Once we paid to the seller, payment check field appears to enable you to pay for auctions.
You can pay multiple auctions at the same time on this screen.
The amount you will pay at this stage is all of the cost for the auction including the winning amount, domestic shipping, bank wire and our service fee.
An international shipping charge is NOT included yet.
   
6. Pending Shipment and sending Shipping Request
  After you paid for auctions, the items are disappeared from the Auction List. Then they move to the Pending Shipment screen.
You can organize the shipment to combine international shipping.
If you ordered Shopping Service and put Pending Shipment already, you can even combine by choosing items from the list !
 
  Please choose whatever you want to ship now. You don't have to wait the status become "Arrived".
We just start to pack soon after your items are all here.
Please just note that once you send a shipping request, you cannot add other things later for the same package.
We can hold your items up to 60 days. If you are planning to order some more thing later and want to combine shipping,
please just do not send a shipping request order now.
   
7. Waiting for your package to be ready to ship
  When you put the items in theOrder Shipment Status, we start packing immediately after we receive the items from the sellers.
Order Shipment Status screen shows the status of your auctions.
After we determind the actual shipping charge, the status shows the amount on the screen.
 
   
8. Payment for Shipping
  After you pay for the shipping charge, the status will be like this.
We are going to the post office to send the package after your payment is confirmed.
 
   
9. Shipment
  After we sent out your package, the status changes like this.
You can see the status "Package Shipped !" and the Tracking No. That's it !
 
  You don't have to log in to the member's site to see what happened. Each occasion, automated email notify you about the status.
